As a jamaican 🇯🇲 let me teach you something we have this routine we go after our kids wake up early, we change them, give them some cornmeal porridge yes and it's great for the mom too it helps close up the womb yes when given birth cornmeal porridge along with yam 🍠 green banana 🍌 Irish potato 🥔 sweet potato 🥔 are good for you it helps build your womb and body but for the baby u take the baby for a early morning walk yep and when both of you get back u give the baby a bath 🛁 and boil some punkin, Irish potatoes 🥔 and when cook properly u crush both together with a little butter and feed it to the baby or if u don't want to give the baby the porridge and he/she going to take a long nap so u can do whatever u want to do before that baby wake up and it's healthy also
