Nah, not right now, I think the FSR implementation was 1.0 if it even had it, can't fully recall. I think Wuthering Waves has FSR and I THINK DLSS as options? Also goes over 60fps. :p

Nope! Went start to finish, KH1 and 2, no problems whatsoever. Great port.

@@Teapose Interesting. Thing is, I used to run my graphics on the same Ryzen, but I've upgraded to an RX 7800 XT since that came out. Tl;dr: The entire RX 7000 lineup can't play KH 1.5+2.5 for the hell of it, oddly enough older lineups or Nvidia cards have no issues. I was really questioning if reactivating the APU once more may be a good idea - it seems like being worth a shot, lol.

@@d4rksonic474 I never tried with my RX 7800 but I have to imagine it should work just fine... weird This was a Micro ITX build in a SFF case, so I can promise you I had no GPU whatsoever. 🙂

I'm not complaining! Cost less, played it a LOT more, still playing it. Seems to have Diablo 3 levels of staying power so far and I barely dipped my toes into the hardmode content. Funny how something so simple just feels so much more satisfactory to stay inside

It's definitely more fun to play than D4. Attacks feel meaty, there's a good variance of styles. I think if I had ONE request, it'd be that combat was a biiiiit faster.

Yeah. Maybe that'll be something that gear fixes down the line (you can get things like quicker skill/dodge cooldowns and faster move speed). My one request would be to have elite named monsters here and there.

Hey Tony, sorry! I don't have the DE-10 Nano board anymore and I can't remember what filters I had enabled to give it the dot matrix appearance. If I do pick it up again I'll ping ya, but hopefully you find out how to do it before then, because with current prices it's gonna be a long minute before I get back into it :p It's just less hassle to get a Raspberry Pi with RetroArch up and running with filters instead honestly.

This was a small form factor build, so it was using an internal 150w PSU, which was plenty of headroom, though I'm told the more over 50% use you use, the harder the PSU has to work, so that could affect longevity... but it was plenty of juice!

Rock solid. Honestly I bumped it to 4k with minimal impact.

G Likely better, but can’t confirm without testing. They’re probably pretty close but the 5600g should have an edge just from being a desktop part.

I could never get it to 60fps. It may be possible with FSR but it wouldn’t be very good. I’d settle for 30. Config all lowest settings for obvious reasons. Maybe at 720p!

@@Teapose Seriously? I see the tests in games heavier than FFXIV in the most advanced settings and running at 50/60 FPS, I found it strange to run with 30..

Twofold: One, for parity with the 1660 Super video. Second, I'm a believer in rasterized performance unless I'm getting really dumpy frames; it's why I upgraded from 1660 Super to 6700XT honestly. The little environmental details tend to get lost in the upscale or are overridden by general image stability reductions by forcing the upscale. I'm a bit hypocritical for stuff like Fortnite, for instance, where the Lumen changes in Unreal Engine 5.1 are SUPER pretty, so I don't mind a bit of upscaling to get better frames, but in most cases these games are so frantic that setting stuff on high and tanking your framerate by half doesn't make much sense to begin with, let alone doing that AND upscaling from 1080p. If I can get along without it, I'm okay with just a sharper image/polygonal edges, even if textures suffer a bit. But in MP/Co-Op games, in general I'd prefer low details since higher settings tend to obscure things I need to be paying attention to. Might try for a future video tho!

@@Teapose again why low? i got a RX6750 and turned it up to high and reach 80+ fps (i capped it)...

@@Teapose Nah you explained it rly well. I was looking to upgrade from a 1070 to this card and even though I'm on 1080P this gives me a really good frame of reference.

Yeah, it's possible I was being over-cautious with settings or they optimized driver performance since I made this. Hopefully I can get another APU build put together soonish to test out again!

I'm about to re-build my AMD APU build (with a few changes, going Mini-ITX to Micro-ATX for starters) so I can be a bit more specific later, but my RAM was running dual channel 3200MHz, OC had to be applied in BIOS. Not all RAM can OC, or OC well. These APUs are VERY RAM dependent so if you're not running in as good shape as possible with RAM speeds or not running dual channel (or one of the RAM sticks isn't fully inserted, actual goof on my part once believe it or not) you're gonna notice degraded performance.

Aw, don't be so mean! APUs have come a long way from what you were getting with iGPU on Intel, you can actually kinda sorta play games on them now! I think a 9th Gen Intel CPU integrated graphics would net like, sub-10fps with comparable settings and resolution. I hear the next gen AMD APUs will be roughly equivalent to a 1060; if you can get that performance without a GPU that's actually super impressive and will open up a whole new slew of gaming viable low profile builds. I hope it's true!
