What to do when compounded cream or Tretinoin is irritating?
I was asked: My compounded cream/tret is irritating but I don’t want to stop using it because then I lose my tolerance?
I hope this video helps.

How can I treat excess face skin after weight loss 1:21

I read Skintelligent, and now I know why you took off comments. You say Korean women have “naturally great skin” after you tell us that they have a culture of 10 step skin care lol. Then, you say it’s cultural appropriation for us to do it lol. (Huh??) Then you go on and praise Botox (a facial muscle paralyzer-duh) insist it’s harmless, and serums are basically the devil. Wow, you prob still wear a mask in public I bet. P.S, eczema cannot be cured from the outside, unless it is contact dermatitis. Otherwise, eczema is a food allergy, coming out of your skin.

Just discovered your channel and love your content. Also just watched your view on peptides from a year ago. Made me pause and really think about the skin care world in general. Thanks for your expertise! Right now I have 2 bottle of Niod copper peptides and will use them up. But will not purchase again.

Doctor I need your help!i'm suffering from chronic talogen effluvium after a salon based chemical straightening. It's worse.. Loosing all over scalp. Since 6 months now. Please let me know should I use minoxidil ? Do we need to rely lifetime on it once we start? And prp.. Any suggestions

You do not have TE after a year from chemical straightening. You have severe stress or hormone imbalance.

What's funny is you say topical steroid is very safe. If you read the information sheet the comes with the Steroid cream you will see that it is NOT very safe. Warnings like not to use for more than two weeks, side effects like cateracs, glaucoma, adrenal gland suppression, Topical Steroid Withdrawal (you probably think it's fake), and so on. And when the eczema-like patches start spreading because of TSW you start giving more and more topical steroid cream or you might increase the potency. When that fails you then might prescribe immunosuppressant, etc. All because doctors think topical steroid is very safe and they prescribe them like candies, failing to recognize that the problem is now an iatrogenic condition, TSW. Trust me, it is not safe. Experiencing TSW right now and finally healing because I found two dermatologists MD who recognise and know how to help TSW patients. Before this I saw about 10 other doctors who failed to recognised TSW and few blamed me for experiencing TSW. Steroids are not candies. They are serious drugs and have serious side effects. That's why they have those warnings in the information sheet that are in their packaging.

Hi, I love your masterclass on this as my son suffers from it depending on the seasons but I’m glad that I have been using the right method after watching your video. 🙏🏽 Can I ask whether pompholyx treatment will be similar too? And is there any ways I can stop it from recurring?

Eliminate All cows milk from your son’s diet…his life will likely change.
