Thank you so much

it seems like in the formula at 2:21, the bottom m represents the type of compounding, and the top m represents the actual number of periods you want to calculate. we are compounding daily so the bottom m is 365, and we do want to calculate compounding result for 1 year, so the top m is 365 as well. correct me if i'm wrong.

It is very helpful. Thank you! How do you calculate the price of bonds, if you do not have Yield to Maturity? The question only has "Face Value", "Maturity" and "Coupon". Find the prices for the following coupon bonds : • Face value: $100 Maturity Coupon Bond A 3 1.75% Bond B 7 2.875% Bond C 10 3.250%

Good explanation. One question, dividend payment will result in a decrease of cash assets, so how is dividend NOT affecting total assets and equity of the firm? Another question is why is a 10% dividend payment equivelent of 10% stock split?
How do you account if no compensation was actually made, only accrued for, and the company decides to cancel the compensation plan after one year? Do you just do DT Equity and Credit Expense+Retained earnings?
Yes, as the call option would be out of the money (X<S so IV=0) and therefore not exercised, so no risk of dilution.
How to do it
I feel like the question isn’t complete
