As far as I know there isn't a way to take the data straight from the game, you would need to look up what the trainer has from a guide and import it manually or you could use the example sets the calculator has, but they might not be accurate to what moves or evs the trainer is using

It's drow leather armor, I got it off a dead drow near the burning inn

A couple dialogue options are automatic successes with the tadpole but so far in the story they haven't revealed much about the tadpole

In the north of the main map there is a burning inn, a dead drow just outside it has the armor on his corpse

There is a room in the underdark myconid colony guarded by a big creature that tells you not to go inside, I ended up sneaking in, and the hood is on the floor of that room.

In the underdark myconid colony, there is a room being guarded by an animal, it's on floor in that room next to a dead drow

If I'm remembering correctly the game explains it by saying he was ostracized because the overmind type ithillids had less control over him, and he got a ring of mind shielding and escaped from their control.

Arcane magic is frowned upon by the Ilithids, as it makes them resistant to the elder brain, as he was probably a wizard or sorcerer in his past life he became resistant to them. The group he is a member of is called the Society of Brilliance, and they appear in the Out of the Abyss adventure module, which takes place a few years before Baldurs Gate 3.

Mind Flayers are not always in control like they think. All be it extremely rare, in the process of ceremorphosis, if the host passes an extremely difficult Will Save, the host while not what they used to be has more influence over the new body then the tadpole that attempted to take over. There’s actually a name for this problem, it’s a Mind Flayer’s greatest fear, and it wasn’t called split personality for whatever reason. I do know it’s called “____ Personality”. I forgot the word the Illithid use for the first part. But assuming the Will Save was passed the host’s personality remains dominate. In most cases when the save isn’t passed it still happens. The Mind Flayer may fidget their fingers or hands in a way the host used to. Sorry I can’t tell you more but most of my D&D books are packed in a shed. I only have access to my 3.5 stuff at the moment so I can’t be any more specific.

I looked through the books I had access to, there’s literally a Mind Flayer myth that mentions “The Adversary” someone that went through Ceremorphosis but, the host maintained their personality and memory entirely.

Based on the way the Drow are discussed through out the rest of the story (working with the goblins and attacking the inn), I would assume it is intended that they are hostile, but they needed to make them neutral so the spectator would be willing to attack them.

Drow as a general rule are considered a hostile race. /shrug

I got there through the temple the goblins are in, there was a puzzle that opens the way down

So I just tried the location you were talking about, I needed to cast feather fall before I was able to jump down. I posted a video about it if you want to see it that way.

There is also a way in down in Auntie Ethel's Riverside Teahouse in the swamp.
