@@CloudSkipper I think nose was tilted by 10/20 degrees .Amazing to watch this. But landing was so smooth

Thanks for watching...the wind was upto 35kts (63kmph) cross wind around 1000ft and slowly reduced to 20 kts (36kmph) at touch down. For the current runway conditions, the maximum allowable crosswind is 25kts.

Reverse green is what we see on ecam when thrust reversers have been activated. If not callout would be no Reverse. Decel is when we see autobrakes activated or in case of manual braking when positive deceleration is felt.

Not exactly...esp for landing..its a purely visual manouver....we keep the runway centre line between our legs and maintain a descent rate which for 3degs is roughly ground speed divided by 2 , multiplied by 100 eg 140 kts will be 700fpm

You are absolutely correct..i just saw it again...the unfinished rwy 06R 24L 🙈 i have landed at SAW so many times but it's always night time.

@@CloudSkipper One of the most distinctive details of Istanbul Ataturk Airport is its non-parallel runways (05-23, 17L-35R and 17R-35L). However, only runway 05-23 is currently in service. Runways 17L-35R and 17R-35L are closed. Still, when viewed from above, it can be easily distinguished from other airports in Istanbul :)

Probably because low lying fog early morning ….

Both videos taken with the same GoPro camera. Both taken a few months apart around 330 to 4am arrival time. Ccj has very misty conditions scattered clouds. Runway 28 had heavy mist which shows in the landing light beams being visible. Rwy 10 infact had heavy mist and visibility 1000m low over the runway surface which causes the blurred video on the ground. It actually was difficult to taxi.

Yes in busy airports like Mumbai and Delhi where there are back to back landings,ILS is mandatory and if wheather is clear as you asked pilot has to take permission from atc to do visual or other approaches.

In busy airports where landing aircraft are in a tight sequence with precise speed control using ILS is mandatory. However in airports that are not busy on pilot's request visual is allowed. Certain airports also have an RNP visual hybrid approach systems.

Usually till brake temp gets below 80°C
