The parts were quenched in the IQ(integral quench) furnace, then washed in a hot parts washer to rinse oil off 😂😂😂 I literally do this every night.

I ran IQ furnaces from 2011 to 2017, thats not the quench cycle im used to.

Is it sealed quinch furnace
Yes the load goes into a box called a vestibule and an elevator drops the load into the oil, the vestibule keep the furnace shut at all times so it doesn’t hit open air

The process removes material from both sides of the part simultaneously, providing that are flat and parallel in one operation.
