your suppose to be helping us by showing us when, where and what to press. Its fine with you because you know what you're doing but you should be basing your content and how you deliver it according to the people who you want to show them to.

I see this was posted a year ago... was there no added tutorial on how to make these families? Just wondering how useful the video is if we don't have these families? Or is there somewhere we could download them?

This would be helpful if we could see what and where you are clicking with your mouse as you are creating/adding various things. I have to stop & go back multiple times to determine where your cursor is located and often still cannot follow what is being done

Great Video. Can you please make the tutorials that you mention at the beginning? It would be a great time saver to produce CDs this way.

I really enjoyed this video. This is a great way to think about and organize a deck design, and other specific structural projects - like pergolas, arbours, gazebos. I would love to see your video on creating the specific families used here. Thanks!

Intense. I'm learning Revit to plan an addition. Adding decks looks strenuous at my level. I'll watch again. I need to learn about library elements that you created ahead of time. If you made that video I'll find it.

When you select create > Reference Plane, make sure you have "pick lines" selected under the Draw sub tab. You can then set the offset distance to the space you need. Then you select the line that you are wanting to offset from and you should be good to go. Hope that helps.
