Yes thank you Dr. Joe Depensa I I'm grateful I feel my health is getting better finality I have doing things. Today by prayer and meditation and and have clarity and I'm taking making steps towards my health issues and sir it's alot taking all meds for brain 🧠 injuries I can say I love myself and love life and I will continue to work toward keep going forward mind,body,soul,and spirit this is just the beginning to my healing thoughts and I will literally able to walk and believe my eyes will get better so I will the surgery and wear glasses again and I will be so grateful just to see better but it's get better and if the eye surgery on my left eye will help my right eye to see better if it works I will be able to drive truck again and by driving again I can have a great career and get paid for it working with other people with disabilities and help others be Independence this perfect my meds that I take I can work on them I just I'm get my body to move It good energy today and tonight I will.go to bed by 10:00pm pacific time and take all meds and pray to universe help heal my body and me have balance thank you God for the gifts you have give me your given my quality of life again awesome ❤😊😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤😊

I though so far I had a fairly true understanding of who I am? A consciousness having an experience. So how I understood from Bashar's teachings is that there are infinite number of parallel realities all existing simultaneously, but the extension of our true self - our consciousness - is like a spotlight that can shine only on one point at a time. All other realities are ‘locked’ for us until we reach the frequency level of consciousness that can access them. But after listening the explanation around 1:40 I realized Bashar said also in other videos that in your previous reality which you have left, there is an other soul in your body now. Here he reffered to it as "that's another person experiencing...". So still my question remans. Who is the real 'me' thinking in my head, having free will and making decisions? So in the infinite number of parallel realites infinite number of souls (persons) exist in 'my' phisical body? But what is the distinction that describes *me* for example as a kind or a selfish person (consciousness)? What is me? Unthinkable. Appreciat if anyone could shed a light on my mind. Bless you all.
