LSD helped me recover from a severe herniation caused in tandem by stenosis and wear & tear. Less than 1 hour On 250 micrograms, after 5 days of being absolutely bedridden, my inflammation went away and my spine went completely straight and i was able to walk. Some relationship with the Cerebrospinal fluid perhaps and the neuronal firing from LSD I had spasms in my sciatic nerve which has been a chronic issue with my disk herniation and spinal stenosis. Ive read a lot on how psychedelics are having tons of anecdotal research and my own cases with the drug healing in many ways.

I am 17 and have been truly suffering with vertigo for 1 year and 4 mouths. My life is a nightmare and I honestly consider ending it as the only solution. Someone please help! It started after some regular exercises like spinning in circles and doing rolls that I did in training. Up to this day every single thing and aspect of my private and social life has been demolished by vertigo. Please help!

Dude relax man i too have it, but mine wasn't bbpv, but it is due to my bad neck posture, do some vertigo neck exercises if it isn't bppv, mine is getting better, mine was way worse, cause when I get dizzy I also used to get anxiety and panic attacks, but you already seem strong enough, it will pass. @@stividimitrov4087

Hi there Cole and Charisma I love your show and the great positivity you both have. I broke my neck c2 and c3 1989 in a car wreck. I was the only one to come out of that car alive. My two friends passed. I was BLESSED to have no paralysis but had severe head trauma. I was placed in a halo brace with body cast for 6 months. Took two years of intense therapy etc; Cole I'm so glad you stayed strong and didn't give up on LIFE!! The world is so blessed to have you in it! And Charisma you ROCK!! I wish you both continued health and success be blessed 🙏
