Hi! My name is Alex Dumas and welcome to my channel. I am a Marine Veteran, foodie and real estate agent in MA and NH. I was born and raised on the north shore or Massachusetts but I love to travel. I have been to quite a few different states all around the country, Japan and South Korea. I spent about 4 years in Hawaii on the island of Oahu where I was stationed in the Marines. Taxation itself isnt legal, it is just accepted.
It would be nice if we got a little bit more from of all the taxes we paid.

Double taxes on the same item is doubled taxation. Illegal

This Sold in January for $775,000.

As a Seller, what terms are you looking for?
I signed the contract but did not send the earnest money and my realtor is asking for it do i need to pay?
Its only been a week
If you are a buyer who got an offer accepted on a home, the earnest money deposit, which is outlined in the contract, is typically due right away. Within 2 business days is typical. It should be made out to whoever is holding escrow. The escrow is typically held by the listing agent’s brokerage. So you should probably pay it, but I would call your Realtor for clarification. Hope this helps!

Who would want too live there, with the most unfriendly old Yankees who consider you a new comer for 2 generations. I bought a house near there because i had friends near and my wife had just died.in a car crash in NY. .Thinking i'd clean it up by upgrading electric, plumbing, much less and painting floors etc. .. My "friends wife was from there. They sold their house and I was left there alone, until I sold mine for what I had in it. You're a ne comer there for at least 2 generations.
