Would love your opinion on how to fix my own wire issue. Slip light on my 08 non vdc button tita. Pro 4x. U1000 and u1001 code. Throwing between ECU and abs and TCM but only slip light on...no abs light. Abs sensors good. Grounds seem good but cleaned them up anyway. No fuse or relay burned out.... Can't figure out what wire might be the issue or what the fix should be. Modules seem fine, connectors seem fine. Driving me nuts as slip light on means no 4hi or low selector working just rwd as thinks I don't have traction. Ideas?

I am sure that's a MUCH better engine than a Hyundai for long term use, LOTS of those have engine issues, fires, etc. H has been replacing those engines like people change their socks!!

I have been looking at one for a 2nd vehicle, that's a good basic and proven engine, NO timing belt either it has chains, i see one in my area for 18 grand plus taxes, etc. Great little car to get someone from A-B and easy to park due to its size.

How long was the total process

Where is your 2nd part? What did you wind up doing? Just valve seals? Or piston rings too? Curious as to what was wrong with it. My 06 rancher 350 started smoking on me 2 years ago. Last month I did a compression test and it was right on the service manual spec. I still tore the top end down and rebuilt it using my cylinder, rehoned it, new rings, new valve stem seals. So I never really knew what was actually causing the smoke.

I removed the yellow oil plug and replaced it with an 8" pipe and cap. No more oil draining on machine. Just make sure you completely drained the oil before removing filter. Put a paper towel below the filter to catch any oil drippings.

After four years the mower looks really nice. I've seen four year-old movers that are fit for the trash heap. Some people just don't take care of their equipment.

Next time you can install 1/4” fuel shut off valve on the fuel line just before the fuel filter. That way you don’t have to clamp the line before changing fuel filter, but the main benefit is you can run your carburetor dry every time you stop the tractor to prevent gas sitting in the carburetor over long period. Simply idle tractor, shut off the valve and let it run out of gas.

You have keyless entry? The 2024 S model have just the key that you have to stick in the door to unlock it. Or did you added that?

Hey man my 400ex runs good but bogs at full throttle the guy before me put bigger jets in or something would just buying a new carb and starting from stock fix my bogging problem?

I git an 04 crew cab and doing a fuel pump. They make it so hard. U cant get to the fuel line at all in this thing n its so locked on. Its crazy
