In August, 2021, we left the USA to begin our worldwide adventure as slow travelers/digital nomads. We sold all our belongings and left with only our clothes and essentials. So far we have visited Germany, Turkey, Mauritius, and are currently in Thailand. Join us on our adventure as we document what it's like to live life abroad without a permanent residence. Wow, if you can eat different herbs, then you should like food in Vietnam. They literally give you a bowl of herbs with the food. Also, take advantage and drink the fresh fruit smoothies, a lot of real fruits in your drink, great thirst quencher in the hot humid weather too. Thank you for taking the time to film, edit and post the video. I know it takes a lot of time and energy to do all of this while traveling.

I have some older friends who want to travel like you guys. How do you guys navigate healthcare in these countries? Such as medications and appointments
We have medical/travel insurance for emergencies or major expenses. Otherwise we just pay for it ourselves. Healthcare in Southeast Asia is VERY affordable and the quality is equal or even better than the United States. For example regular teeth cleaning in Thailand cost $28 and full blood work in Malaysia with doctors consultation was about $40.
