1. Discharge ink from the 2nd head and clean ink delivery system 2. From engineer mode switch ink setup to cmyk wwclcl 3. Charge new ink white and clear You will need local distributor help to do this steps.

With a double head machine, is it possible to disable one head?
Yes you have to find in your software settings, otherwise you can disconnect data cable when it is off and print on 1 head

@@printerexpertbyalimortada5658 i have wit color 2.2m with dx5 head It had stayed for a while without printing Yesterday i stripped it put new piping dampers and capping but with a refurbished dx5 head and new head cables . On sucking ink on the capping it draining but upon firing it wasnt firing.
What might be the problem here is it the board? Am a technician in kenya i admire and follow your work will love to learn more.
If no previous problem with board it should not be damaged. Test the refurbished head on another printer, are you sure the head is working ? Can you see ink in cap base after ink pump? Maybe you don't have proper suction so there is no ink in the head.
Yes we can see ink of all colours but upon firing its not working
fire your video editor, the transitions suck, hard to pay attention with all the unneeded movement
It's personal efforts.. work, capture and editing. I'm working on my video editing skills and trying to fix mistakes in the next video. Thanks for your comment.

Our customer non stop do printing,, more than 50 000 sqm printed in this short period since installation video uploaded. Banding visible mostly on dark color, increasing feather printing mode and use higher pass will solve the issue
