Lemond Prolog Frame Swap
มุมมอง 225ปีที่แล้ว
www.cycledifferent.com 719-687-7475 This is a very unique electric bike that has the battery inside the frame, tail lights embedded in the seat stays, and a proprietary handlebar/stem. The frame and handlebars were badly damaged/cracked from a bike rack accident, so I swapped to a new frame, fork, and handlebars. This required removing all the internal wiring, hydraulic hoses etc and fitting it...

MR Mooi thanks 👍👍
Many thanks.
It's really good,I have on my opus weekend lrt, love the bike 🚲
After losing a key to my original lock, I first ordered new keys from the Mfr, but although they looked identical to my remaining spare original key, and they fit, they would not turn the lock. So I found this video, bought a replacement lock, and everything went fine until I had the battery installed onto the mount with the new lock in place. Apparently I tightened down the lock with it too far forward, so the battery is jammed up against the release wedge. The new key will turn the lock in the new lock, but the wedge in the new lock is pressed too tightly against the back of the battery, so it won't release when the key is turned. Any ideas of how to fix this? I need to remove the battery at times, in the ordinary course of ownership. Thank you.
thank you, Josiah . i did a ride today and i had several E20 error codes going up hill and losing connection. i check the battery lock compartment and it was lose. i move it foward so the battery was tight when lock in. Hopefully this will fix the issue. thanks again
How long does it take to build an Azub trike?
Suggestion: When you make a 2-part video, include a link to part 1 in part 2, and vice-versa.
Great shop with a great group of people
What trike is the one shown at 1:05. I like the simple frame design.
Smallest chainring..? what if you have a single up front and a Rohloff..?
what does rd protection reset mean that is in settings
How do you zero the trip meter?
Hold plus and minus button at once for a few sec. Resets everything except odometer.
I rode Auzb tricon 20" for 30.000 km across Europe and Asia. I rode from Italy to Afghanistan and back 🙂
Have the same setup on my Hp Speedmachine, and it is a rocket.
With indirect steering you have extra leverage to turn the wheels...
I've just completed a CYC Photon build on a bike with a Rohloff Speedhub. I think I will need a gear sensor to stop the motor when changing gears as there seems to be quite a delay when relaxing pressure on the pedals and no way of tuning this in the app (that I could see). Did you fit a gear sensor to your machine?
How do you disable pedal assist with the + and - ? I want to go fully throttle.
What can I do if I forget my password
What a fantastic looking machine, absolutely brilliant!
Dork disc intact.. 😮. These are great bikes. Fun to watch you work.
Looks great! I’m planning on a CYC Photon build with an HPV Streetmachine. Looking forward to the next phase of my beloved Streetmachine.
Nice build
The camera work in this video is smooth as butter.
Too fast to see anything!
This is a 120x time-lapse. If you're looking for an in depth instruction we will likely post something like that at a future date. Thanks for watching!
You can watch it at .25 speed (click the gear icon). This makes the music sound horrible, but you can turn the volume off.
What a shame it is so out of focus. It seems like it could have been extremely useful.
Thanks for the feedback! Have you tried squinting a little bit? Works wonders!
Very nice!
Great video 👍😉 I have a problem with this display the limitation to 25klm does not work, if this problem is known, where can it come from? 🙏
Hi there. I recently purchased two of these one for each crank on my peloton. The shortening is great for my hip impingement; however the screwed in pedal seems wonky, floating....im afraid of creating other problems! Any advise appreciated.
And he was never seen again ...
😂🤘🗿🎸🪨 rock on!
Thanks Peewee!
Very encouraging. Prototype or production or soon to be in production?
This was a production bike for one year, I believe 2008 or close to it. Only a few were made in titanium like this, probably 5 or fewer. This one is brand new out of the box and is for sale at $4500, originally $6500.
Can a kit upgrade be installed on a KMX Kobra to make it steer like the AR3 ?
Great video
Nicely done!👍😁
I bet you could make one of those with your eyes closed!
Hi thanks just found out how to clear trip mileage press + _ at same time 😎👍
Thank you for the information
I’ve just sent this to my friends who didn’t know how to turn on my bike
Didn't login so didn't show all the settings only a smal part!!!
Ёбнутый? 😀
Joshia really good video thanks for the effort! Too bad the double build had problems 😁👍👎😞 have an excellent day
Could you send a link to the company that makes the display? I need a short exstanstion cable from the display to the button controler
I don't know a link to who makes it but here is a link the extension you need: www.electrifybike.com/products/display-extension-cable-50cm-20-in
Thank you for your response. I suggest creating a conversion kit for recumbents so (like T-Cycle supporting DIY projects) the consumer can adapt to convert to belt drive. The fact you are entertaining fabricating accessories including the other services you provide is a real feather in your hat. Let it be known you are the belt-drive conversion kit manufacturer for recumbents. Did I just invent something? :) On another note, a recumbent trike would need to offset the belt to accommodate the "bent" frame by using a chain-to-belt idler adapter or a solution for belt-to -belt drive train - all taking in consideration of ground clearance. A 2 inch clearance from the ground is dangerous. Usually low clearances are found on trikes with 20" wheels. You risk denting , bending or worse, cracking the frame if you hit an object from underneath (usually by uneven pathways). A possible solution for trikes is to create an adjustable swing arm (for mounting of the idler) to offset the various trikes configurations. Also there may be a need to have a secondary idler to deflect the belt away from the frame - like that of T-Cycles where you have the under idler wheel for belts. This particular - under idler pully - would be operating on the outside (smooth part) of the belt. The question is, can a belt be deflected a few degrees in the opposing direction without reducing its life or performance? Belts to accommodate traditional frames - there are belts that can (like a chain) can be separated and the link be snapped to lock the belt. The next iteration would be to accommodate mid-drive motor to be actually in the mid section of the trike which utilizes your idlers. Again, thumbs up for your work and creations.
Wonder if that T-Cycle tube clamp was strong enough as it was designed as a return chain idler. The torque is much greater as it is used here. Possibly (2 )T-Cycle return clamps with a 3" fabricated center block between each return clamp for the idler shaft. This gives more surface area over a lager portion of the frame tube for the added torque - especially on a 6061 aluminum tube. Thumbs up.
Hey Bobcatt! This video shows the prototype bracket during the test phases, and the final bracket has changed quite a lot. Your description of using 2 clamps with a bridge is quite close to what the final design looks like: 2 T-cycle battery clamps with a "bridge" piece in between them which the belt link pulleys are attached to. Also the belt line has changed to have less deflection.

Thumbs down for being misleading.
Great video & just sent it to educate a couple of new riders to trikes so they are better informed before choosing a model. Thank you.
Does getting a different display increase your CC?
Man, this is awesome. What's the approximate price for one of these?
Thanks! This build is approximately $12k with everything
