If I would start over again I think I would have silver like the ancestors had first like $100 face silver dimes, $120 face silver half-dollars, and $100 face silver dollars. I only say that as a base and for security due to economic reasons. Outside of that just get generic bullion for holding value.

I wouldnt own any more than 80 oz of silver. Its too heavy and takes up too much space. And its rate of return is low compared to gold. Gold would be better IMO.

So you obviously do not understand how currency works on a very fundamental level. Countries moved away from the gold and silver standard because said standards increased market volatility not decreased it so now most currency is based off of backing from there governments saying that yes both of those are 25 cents. Go to any bank or financial institution and they are worth 25 cents. Would you say a dollar bill is not worth a dollar bevause the paper it is printed on isn't worth a dollar.

Yes the D is in the wrong spot, i have 2 of them and i took them to have them checked and the person that checked them tould me that it was a mint error, send them to pcgs or ngc to have then authenticated

Customer service is at an all time low. I never return coins to the bank I get them from. Unfortunately, you are going to have to lie and say you have a business. Start fresh at a different bank and tell them you work for a traveling carnival.

i had a teller tell me not to bring them back, same day i called the head office and turned her in,, she was fired. they should not say that. now if the head office said dont keep doing it. then i would close my account and move on. i have multiple bank that i get coins from. as long as they have them. im also a member of a credit union that doesnt sell coins, so i take akll my returns to them. no questions asked. and to add, credit unions seem to use brinks... so im more sure im not getting the same coins back, as my other banks use loomis, i also buy copper rounds and hand them out from time to time,
