LETS GO THANKS
No es la máquina es el mono
I’m going to say 6
Can you please send me prices with different number of head. Your early response will be highly appreciated.
Thanks for posting! Good info
keep your equipment all the same brand
If the press operator would tri-loc the screens with ink in them + squeegees and floods and then taken the time to reg the job M&R press would won easy. He would have shaved down more then 4 missing minutes with just this simple hack. Still do not know why all the printers ink the screen on press and not in the pre-press dept. But at the end of the day love the video and love blue color even more ;) cheers
Love the transparency.
Yeah doing research on both.
M&R hands down. Running Roq now and it's been nothing but cheap problems.
Mines is still all referrals. A lot of word of mouth. We barely got our first used auto last year in September. I'm still trying to keep the press spinning...
I love screen printing manually...learn the basic with a manual before u go spend mad money on automatic...i have never had a 10 color job.lol So i think its bs for that to be a reason for automatic press.... With manual u see soo much that i feel u cant see with automatic press....and i would love to have a partner and i go up against a manual press..i always screen print by myself..when i see people use a automatic press its usually 2 people...its the flash timing i dont get from automatic... automatic seem to have a shorter flash time..i assume most use wet paint with automatic screen printing machines..and if my orders got tooooo large i might think on automatic press..other then that i like whole process of screen printing manually..
It's always the best to find out what's suitable for the business
@@anchoredprints on some level I get you...the shop I work at can afford a automatic press..I keep getting ask by my boss if I want a automatic..I always so no.. I like the workout I get from screen printing..but my arms are starting to not like screen printing..I am 51..I want to goes as long as I can with a none automatic press..and if screen printing grows to a point a automatic is needed.i will go that route..I use a vastex v2000 6 head.great wheel..have 3 tajima embroidery machines. Appreciate the reply . Have a happy new year2024..
Purchase a Roq last year and it’s a love hate relationship. Registration is great, ease of use I’d give a 8/10. My issue are A: machine will stop randomly after heads come up B: I’ve literally had 5-6 bolts fall out while printing C: Pallets are not square and that’s my big issue. A design is centered and even on some and off on others. I’ve worked with many brands and IMO AWT is the best. The centurians registration is absolutely amazing but it’s takes a lot of air and hoodies are difficult because of the pallet board. Someone looking for an affordable press the M&R sportsman is a great choice and probably about $10-$15k cheaper. My roq tech was fantastic. From a customer service standpoint, everything from ordering, delivery and and tech calls has been great with roq. My only complaint is not with the purchase of the machine but aftwards my sales rep takes to long to reply when I’m looking to purchase accessories so I’ve been forced to buy thru dealers instead of my sales rep.
How much ROQ costs Sir
We have both manual and automatic machines. So we usually do less than a dozen on the manual.
We don't have a minimum as or right now either. We do push for 26 pieces
At our shop, we have printed our own apparel for a few years. Now we’re looking to branch out to other customers. We’re just starting to look at how to set our pricing. This helps a lot. Thanks!
can I get a job with you?
How much do these machines cost? Estimate?
But u didnt say which u prefer.
good morning my name is weslley representative of the company dream art located in brazil we are researching this press how much does it cost to bring it back to brazil...

I had so much fun participating on the sam that I truly loved working for your company your the best boss I ever had
As an M&R machine owner Dan has helped me tremendously! Thanks for this video!
A must!! Come on now let's not give it all way 😊
I get the premise of the video and the added sizzle of money being involved, but its a serious feel bad for the losing team and a bit cruel when its the machines you are testing not the staff. I feel there is other ways to do this.
We love these amazing people ❤️ Here’s what happened at the end: th-cam.com/users/shortsJyiECw1zUrU?feature=share
Thanks for this! It says a lot. Really. So basically, I’m seeing that there is little to no production efficiency difference. About the same. I mean in total, we are talking an 8 minute differential. So as a buyer, we can now look at cost and maintenance/customer service and resale value of each. Interesting for sure.
great way to look at it!
I agree! my pricing starts at $75 for sampling + screen charges + artwork charge ( if its not vectored) . Multi color samples cost even more. once I tell people the sample price vs a bulk order price at our minimums most clients will go with a bulk order cause it is what makes most sense from a business stand point.
Need to charge sampling fees to cover everything, so we can offer the best price to bulk orders.
Yeah we win
ROQ GO!
Roq kills it
Roq did!
OMG Chino! Still looks good! 👌
😏
Anchored merch , oh please Sam! 😅
M&R sales reps punching the air.
Sad but true. Honestly 2 years ago if you asked me I would of said nothing can beat M&R.
Speed and quality, our services need to be perfect 😏
The chicken suit seemed like a privilege rather than a punishment!
Seems true 😆
Yeah!! Chicken suit!
😂
😂😂❤
Chiken😂😂😂
😂
Screen fees are a must!
These fees cover the creation and maintenance of screens, ensuring precise and consistent prints every time.
Sam enjoy your vids. Nice to meet a screen printer that doesn't think he already knows it all. Keep up the good work.
Yes guys take care of you equipment. I feed you and your crew.
Great video bro the real question is which is made to last
this series is awesome its really helping me with what my first auto will be
The ROQ feature for ONE master drop for everything is terrific. Just another reason ROQ is eating M$Rs lunch. As far as I know, ROQ is the only make sold in the US like that. Nothing to add from me with the electricity supply issues for shops other than hire extremely high rated electrician companies and do your detailed homework for what the equipment needs before hand and all ways think of your "future needs" as well. If you do this and have the prep work done beforehand it will be less cost in the long run.
Own a Roq and 2 things, I actually prefer the M&R and the only way the flash drop can run thru the press is if it’s 3 phase. I have single phase and single drops not supported. I have my issues with every press but by far my biggest issue is with Roq. My pallets are not square, not a single one. All my presse including M&R, Tas, AWT and American presses all have square pallets, my Roq does not. All my manuals as well have square pallets. This becomes an absolute nightmare when printing large prints with taglines at top and bottom.
HA! nice vid. Save that 5k for when an M$R tech needs to come change a relatively simple I-Image print head out. 😁
Blue V Green argument is going to last years and years. Ford VS Ford in my and other industry Veteran opinion. Several key reasons to break away from the "Fords" and go "Lexus". 2/3 less set up time, 2/3 less pallet deflection, next to zero technician need, next to zero spare part need, next to zero mid run registration adjustments, superior flash unit tech and much easier "newbie" automatic operator training. What is the "Lexus" press line up you say?? MHM of coarse.
agree.
M$R M$R LOL $$$
Roq dryers suck. Lets face it. Best in the industry now is the German Tesoma models for some really basic reasons. Check em out yall.
