Gillian Kirk is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing and studying yoga and meditation for more than two decades. She has a comprehensive education in anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, pathology, and management of illnesses and injuries. She also has advanced training in reiki, ayurvedic healing, yoga nidra, and breathwork, all of which inform her holistic approach to healing. She graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1996, and she has a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. She is currently in grad school working on her master’s in counselling psychology at Adler University.
