This is gonna be the biggest anime betrayal of all time but I've never actually played it😭 in fact I don't even own this game I just have the desktop icon (A friend of mine wanted me to play it and made me download it through his steam account but I still can't play it through my own account and I don't actually know how all this steam stuff works so it has just been sitting there ever since) But I think it's supposed to be similar to hollow knight which is my all time favourite game if that's any consolation (losing my mind waiting for silksong)

​​​@@Braxten it isn't "difficult but rewarding" the first time you play it. This game is the biggest asshole ever for no reason, it's fucking brutal for newer players. I'd genuinely recommend installing mods that make the game easier for the first time because it almost ruined my "experience", they really want to break you down. It's a genuinely good game but super hard just because. It's way more difficult than something like Receiver 1 and 2 which actually gives you time to find out about its features, since there's no introduction to anything you encounter and you have to learn the hard way. That's ignoring the crazy cycle durations and jankiness that causes enemies to camp you endlessly. It's just superbly hard. It's like that for a reason, but for inexperienced players (who everyone was) it'll just seem cruel Or maybe I should've just played monk my first time, who knows.
