I grew up watching and learning from my Chinese Filipino (Chinoy) folks, as they prepared, and cooked healing foods. I’ve also learned how other cultures, prepared healing foods, through my travel adventures. This channel will help you understand, how foods heal our body, from a holistic approach, as we age gracefully. Travel destinations, vacation tours, and travel guide are also featured in this channel. Stay tuned, as I am excited to share, what I have been preparing all these years. My mission, is to inspire, and promote, Good Health, Good Life, and Great Love.

Event is free and open to the public, then head over the local restaurants such as Captain Kidd’s, Cheesecake Factory, Bluewater Grill and Kincaid’s American Grill for a Friday dinner. Enjoy while it lasts 😎

Hi what month were you there? Can you tell about the weather there please
The best month to visit HI is October through March. You still anticipate some typhoon in early October. We normally visit in October if not late February or early March in HI. I hope this helps.
