Can i use white cement instead of talcum powder?
Talcum powder is optional to use if it’s thick enough. After mixing the color you don’t need to add it. Yes, you can try white cement!

If you want to make for fabric than use fabric paint or fabric glue instead of acrylic paint and white glue
