Yoğurtlu - sarımsaklı kabak mezesi / Zucchini Meze with Garlic and Yogurt
Yapılışı çok basit, çok doyurucu bir salata isterseniz meze olarak yiyebileceğiniz bir tarif sunuyorum. Özellikle diyet yaparken hem kilo almak istemiyor hem de sağlıklı, temiz içerikli yemekler yemek istiyorsanız bu tarif size çok iyi gelecek.
Şimdiden afiyet ve şifa olsun.
Malzemeler:
3 adet kabak
4 yemek kaşığı az yağlı yogurt
2 yemek kaşığı kadar zeytinyagi
1 diş sarımsak
1 tatlı kaşığı kadar tereyag
Tuz
Pulbiber, kırmızı toz biber
3 veya 4 adet ceviz
Yapilisi:
•Kabaklari rendeleyin ve tencerede orta ateşte hafif tuz ve zeytinyağı ile tencerenin kapagi kapalı olacak şekilde suyunu salana kadar pişirin. Arada kabakları karıştırın.
• Suyunu salıp çekmeye yakın, tencerenin kapağını açın ve iyice hiç suyu kalmayana kadar pişirin.
•Pişen kabaklari ayrı bir kaba alin ve soğumasını bekleyin. Soğuyan kabaklari sarımsaklı yoğurt ile harmanlayın. Bir yandan tereyagini eririp icine pulbiber ve kirmizi toz biber ekleyin. Daha sonra kabaklarin üstüne ceviz parçaları ve eritilmiş tereyağını ekleyin.

Zucchini Meze with Garlic and Yogurt
Ingredients:
3 zucchinis
4 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon butter
Salt
Chili flakes and paprika
3-4 walnuts (crushed)
Instructions:
•Grate the zucchinis and cook them in a pot over medium heat with a pinch of salt and olive oil. Cover the pot with a lid and let them release their water, stirring occasionally.
•Once the zucchinis start to absorb their water, uncover the pot and cook until there is no liquid left.
•Transfer the cooked zucchinis to a separate bowl and let them cool completely.
•Mix the cooled zucchinis with garlic-flavored yogurt.
•In a small pan, melt the butter and add chili flakes and paprika.
•Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the yogurt-coated zucchinis and garnish with crushed walnuts.
