being okay with things being okay
i rlly love the energy july brings. it’s so fertile and magical. im slowly settling in to my routines. slowly establishing systems that will sustain me. i still struggle a lot with things but i am so grateful to now have a space where i can be myself🩷. there is nothing else i want for myself than to have a safe place where i can just be.

i also struggle with trying to heal that part of me that is scared to take up space. not sure if you’re looking for some advice but if you are…whenever i feel that anxiety i always remind myself of why i’m feeling that way (trauma), then i try to challenge myself by putting myself out there in any aspect. whether that be posting more, creating, hanging with friends or meeting new ones, etc. hope this helps in any way, i love your videos so much<3
