like standard series preparation why the sample was also not diluted to 10 ml. as such only (0.5,1.0, and 1.5 ml) sample extract was volume made upto 3 ml and 3 ml DNS added. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE THE CALCULATION PART OF THE SAMPLE.
