How has the coal (grey) canvas aged? I was worried it might turn white. The standard tan canvas ages beautifully, but it does get lighter with age, which is fine for an olive drab, but in grey I'm sceptical. The black does not age as gracefully as the tan.

I'm a leathercraft hobbyist, and I've made several of the more popular "minimalist" wallets using online patterns. The two shortfalls many of these designs have is a. Access to cash is tedious, and b. There is typically no room for debit card receipts. My litmus test for a design, besides looks and feel in the hand, is how easy it is to access, from start to finish. If I have to stand and fumble with it at a cashier station, then it's a no-go for me. I currently alternate between three different designs--an Origami style (stitchless) that uses three snaps, a flap wallet (similar to Lost Dutchman) with side access for cash, and one of my own making, which is a vertical bi-fold, w/cash area and flap closure.

Omar, Truly appreciate your support and kind words in regards to the designs and artistry! The Knocks Wallet is a special one and I know they will serve you well. A few things on the tightness/breaking in for anyone reading. Stitched pockets are always quite snug, and with that said - my personal method of breaking in those pockets is to toss in an extra card or two overnight for a few days to a week in that pocket, or any other pocket you wish. Yes they'll be incredibly tight at first, but that process will help those pockets break in a bit faster without much fuss. After doing that for a few days or so, just remove the extra cards and the pocket will be stretched out as needed and work with ease! We have a "Breaking in Your Wallet" section up on the website that goes over this process for reference if needed. Thank you all! -Hunter

I'm glad you mentioned g&g hawk because a lot of people will say that about the blade play. They think they know what they're talking about and then they have no idea who g&g hawk is. There's other custom makers out there that have some otfs that don't even have any hardware holding them together. They're amazing. They're like held together by clips. If I think of the guy's name I'll post it on here but he is amazing and he makes gorgeous OTFs. I'm talking mother of pearl. All kinds of fancy s***

It’s designed to hold 8 max, and works best with fewer. You’re overstretching it, such that it won’t hold fewer, say if you just only needed 4-5 cards at some point. If you need more than 8, there are other bigger, bulkier wallets. Pull Strap is supposed to stick out to afford something to pull. Similarly the grommet (optional) is intended to give something to hold onto, making pulling easier.

Thanks for the video, awesome content! 😉 I saw your cash insertion with dollar bills but was wondering how will 20, 50, 100 euro bills fit in there. I know those are wider than US dollars and similar to Yen. Have you tested those bills with the Topsider Bifold LT? How do they fit? Are they popping out on the side? (Asking for both cash wrap style and fold once).I use both US dollars and Euros since I split my time between the states and Europe so dual currency functionality is preferred. I'm trying to figure that out and see if ordering a custom size to fit larger euro bills will be needed... Thanks man!
