I ordered the kit and am loving both the yarn and pattern, thank you! I’m a stickler for following the pattern - what stitch did you use to join the hexagons?

What a great tutorial. I will definitely be coming back to this, because I want to start making Granny Squares. I never knew the correct way to weave in my ends (self taught and just do basic stitches over and over on what Afghans I have made). Hi Sara! Love your video follow-alongs. This square the last round kept ending up with too many stitches for me, until I saw that the written directions say to do 3 SCs in each chain-3 space, not 2. Is that an error? The chart shows just two in each chain-3 space. Also, the round doesn't start with a SC in the first Beg-Bobble in the directions, as you say in the video. Am I reading that correctly?

Is this a beginner pattern or more difficult?

You say to use a 16 inch circular, but you are knitting magic loop?

I love the idea of locking the color when you are done with it. And then I noticed that you didn't start the new color with a slip knot, which means it isn't really locked in either. Just wondering why?

I have been waiting for this! Thank you for the great video, a picture is worth a thousand words, this video is worth a billion. I never even heard of this stitch and tried many many times to do this based on the instructions and several videos I found, but I never got it. Now I am ready and more confident to try again, and will surely use this video to guide me while I get the hang of this beautiful stitch. I got all my month 1-4 squares done in early March, so I'm excited to do these squares (I should have followed thru on my intention to work in all the loose ends and block my squares from months 1-4, but alas I did not do that)

This video just recommended on Missouri Star Quilt Co's website today. The camera angles for Kristin's stitches are unfortunate: why do we need to see part of her sleeve and her head in the shot for the stitches when that shot is irrelevant to the tutorial; would have been better to get a close up of her hands and the stitches. At 8:59 mark: "So, now we're going to go to this one," and the camera panned out to show the hosts vs showing where "this one" was to be. Very unfortunate and unhelpful. What's the point of doing a video tutorial if you're not going to "do" a video tutorial?

Can you share a link for purchasing the pattern? I have tried in vain to find it on the site.

I love making popcorn stitches so this is my favorite square so far. But, why are we ending this one with 76 stitches when we specifically ended the previous squares with 72 stitches?

I am so frustrated I would love to purchase this and digital form. However, every time I click on the link it takes me to sign up to the Missouri star quilt company which I’ve done and it still will not give me the digital form option they want to charge six dollars to have a paper form mailed to my home. The mittens are beautiful. May I ask, since it’s a small area for the thumb, would it be easier on those stitches to pick up using a provisional cast on, top and bottom leaving the tails out? Would that be easier to do?
