    The prerequisite for ultra instinct be a sayian, i hate this watpad story i wanna say its the worst but in 5 hour a another s*** show of story is gonna pop up and prove that there is someone much worse with even less ability post a what if. The best thing watpad writer had proven they can write cool sounding title,to bad all the good writing they had was in the title the an awful horrid boring cringe worthy s***show of a story

      No being a SAYAIN is not a prerequisite to unlock ultra instinct if you actually paid attention ultra instinct is a TECHNIQUE of the ANGELS NOT saiyan but it can be used by anyone strong enough and with a clear mind and heart the only thing lacking here is the power level needed to actually sustain the technique but then again THIS IS A FANFIC SO THE AUTHOR CAN DO WHATEVER HE/SHE WANTS WITH IT SO GO CRAWL UP THE LITTLE WHOLE YOU CAME OUT OF AND COME BACK WHEN YOU ACTUALLY GOT SOME VALID TO SAY AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE EM DON'T LISTEN TO EM

    God your voice is killing me. Awful so awful. I hate these watpad story. If it sound like a watpad story fells like a watpad is a good awful the story makes no sense its an awful watpad story he is not a sayian for no reason the person who in a fight remember dont write this shit the good awful story matches this horrid voice no one take an ass whopping for kick and giggles that not how ultra instints works.
