Don't max out your mic volume setting. At least around 85 pct. It all depends on your how good your stereo/pa system is. Sound is subjective so it's hard to advise without hearing or seeing your set up. Hope this helps

The problem of that model is if the wireless mic had damaged there is no options to continue singing like mic input.

Hi there, this really help to set up my new device quickly. But i do have a problem, mine did not do the same thing on my stage app (microphone icon) does not appear. I already followed everything , i also tried to connect the mic ON (in configuration) bit it will just turn back to off and will say connect microphone. Kindly help, be much appreciated.

Thanks for the video, i bought mine in amazon.com. I am having trouble connecting it to the wifi, it shows connected to the internet but karaoke is not loading. I don't know if it's broken or is it because I live here in Japan maybe its not compatible to my region ugh...
after you scan the QR code, do you choose the song on your phone so it shows up on the tv or does it only show the lyrics on your phone?
Sophia Nantin After a successful QR code scan, your app should change colors (from orange to blue). To play the song from your app to your tv, click on the black microphone displayed on the right side of the song title (on your phone). Let us know if you’re still having some difficulty.

Alexander A R Ruiz The Magic Sing E1, E2, and E5 are streaming karaoke machines and require wifi. You should be able to select your internet network in settings. If you continue to have problems connecting to your internet, you can give us a call at 714-578-0004 during business hours for guidance.

Hello Abigail, Which MagicSing karaoke machine do you have? Make sure your device (E1, E2, or E5) is connected to WiFi. Once you've successfully connected, the qr code should be available on the bottom right hand corner in "Karaoke" mode.
MyStage by US Karaoke I have the ET23KH model.
Sorry for the confusion Abigail. The QR code is for the MagicSing E1, E2, and E5 devices as the ET-23KH is a song chip model and does not connect to WiFi. You can learn more at www.uskaraoke.com
We have the E2 model but the QR code won’t display on tv????
