Hey buddy where is the notches and wedges the reason I say that is you are a young man and way you are cutting is dangerous. Also look up while you saw . Good luck with cutting wood
Just found your channel. And all I can say is it’s a relief to see a honest hard working young fellow logger out there ✊🏻 keep up the great work and sweet videos man. Your well on your way 💯👍🏻
I honestly like watching the junk wood get dropped. Hackberry scyomore, ash. My favorite to watch and to drop are big cottonwoods. But my bank account likes the walnuts and whiteoaks. but love cutting the other stuff.
I had a 518 in the Rocky Mountains. Good rig. But the Clark skidder had a much better winch. Also the Clark used a side mounted "Joy" stick for steering. I liked it far better than the yolk style. But the Cat had great balance and a good low center of gravity and when calcium chloride was added to the tires made it a top contender.
New to your videos. I like what I see so far. Cutting, skidding, landing, and bucking. Just show us what you do. Start to finish, you have my attention. ty Ben
There must be a reason your running the cat barefoot, up here in N.H very rarely will you see a skidder in the woods without iron! But our ground is pretty steep and lots of granite! But watching you in that crossing i can't help but think if you had rings in front and diamond's in the rear you would have been able to claw your way right through, maybe even held onto your hitch! Just making conversation! Looks like a nice tract!
Like the high energy and fast pace of your videos, to bad no audio first part of the video. Skidding and cutting makes great video content. Keep it up!

Speaking from experience, you might have trouble with knuckle pain when you're 65.
Sadly enough I’m only 18 and it’s already starting. Been falling since I was 14 and it’s already taken a toll On me!
Great video! Would like to see more skidder action.
Good looking trees. Won't take many to make a load. Sometimes accidents happen. Take care and stay safe

I loved my 518. The gearmatic winch is finicky but the rest of the machine is tough. Wheelchairs suck, be safe, and trust no one.
There's nothing no better than spending the day in the woods cutting timber. Gotta love it
Very cool ❤❤❤
good video😀
Good looking timber. Take care and stay safe
you nrrd some wedges to help with the tree falling
Garbage background noise you call music!
Wedges??
Keep your eye on the money 💰
Nicely done..looks like you've had some good training. Wish you would wear chaps.
😂door beeping GONG
You no carry wedges?
Not as often as I should!
You don't see many kids your age out logging. Like you are. Thaey had rather be out getting high or something. I'm proud of you

I really like the fast paced videos, more action, less talking. Great job so far.

Are you notching those or just cutting them off all the way around 🤔
Cutting them clean off. Walnut are too brittle and a hinge is risky.
Cool, well done Brock!
Thanks for the action packed video. Keep it up!
😳 A stuck skidder is always a tough situation. Hope it got resolved smoothly!

Yes sir, it’s flat and typically dry here so we’ve never spent the money on a set! But just might in the near future.
Can't hear a word your saying
