This is true. I've been using aloe vera juice to moisturize my hair and then I add a layer of grease, and my hair is able to retain length quickly. I do this daily as I wear normal sized twists.

I started wearing lady briefs during my period especially at night. Switched from pads because I feel like pads are started to run smaller which makes it uncomfortable for me. I used baby dove or any unscented baby body soap on my lady bits.
