What turn signal kit did you use? I couldn’t find one that integrated with the dash like that
What the total length of this one with small tires on it
Hows the machine handle the rotating weight? Do you ride all terrains or mostly FSR? I'm looking at getting a set but worry about the weight for those rough rocky trails.
The machine handles great and yes, I do a lot of FSR but also Rocky terrain handles great
Seems perfect for me, I plan on selling my rzr for one of these cause I have horrible allergies with dust but I enjoy trail riding lmfao
I don’t think that you will regret doing it I have a 2023 RZR PRO R and I’m selling it because I just dot use it since buying the Xpedition

Thank you for posting. I live in Idaho and am considering one of these because of the windows and heat/AC. How are those tires holding up?
Everything has been working well, I have had no issues with the tires, no rubbing very happy. I hope you get one, you will enjoy it.

Obviously, we all know this looks nice. But it's a complete waste of money. Their is no way these things should cost this much. They have less features than most vehicles yet cost more. It's crazy. SideBySides should cost what they cost, these are a complete money grab for anyone that wants to just give it away. CanAm and others offer compariable vehicles for a fraction of this. For all who don't know these things will cost you 50 - 80k. Crazy right? No crash ratings, no GOOD heating and cooling, no 12' GPS and Console screen, doesn't have tons of storage and still be able to take you to grandma's house. The shit is a money pit.

Since this rest I added another layer of sound deadening and it makes a tremendous difference! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
Did the mat still attach ok with 2 layers?

This is the first video of yours that popped up on my TH-cam today. But I thought I should let you know that I got the soft clutch kit done and it is considerably quieter in the interior and engages 3 to 400 RPMs sooner. I also have had huge problems with my windshield leaking if I drive in the rain. Like it sprays through the bottom so bad it gets the backseats wet. Well today I was told that Polaris is replacing my entire windshield with a fixed unit not a flip out to fix the problem under warranty. So now I just have to figure out how to plug the holes in my dash where the flip out unit hooked onto. But I am very happy about the fixed windshield. That flip out windshield is trash. I drive in the rain frequently and it is so bad water sprays me in my face.
I have the flip windshield but have not had any issues with it leaking. Sorry to hear that yours was but at least you’re getting it taken care of, since POLARIS is doing that for you see if they can replace that piece where the mount is for the flip out windshield

I would highly recommend the 33s. They do lower the RPM so it does reduce the cab noise that everybody talks about which really is not a big deal at all to me. It is an off-road machine but they do not rub the ride well handles well awesome tire I did go with the 33, 1015 I did the light truck tire because we’re on the road quite a bit on hardback they just wear better
Polaris needs to install a handle on the center of rear hatch glass. Also did you get the comfort clutch update .

Very nice machine you have there. I wanted the 2 door Northstar model but was not available last year . I bought can am defender dps cab and am pleased with it so far. I do regret not having air conditioning but it’s only needed 3-4 months of the year where I live . I just open the windows and dust myself out lol.

I have had three Jeeps. The last one was a 2020 wrangler, everything has its place. My jeeps would not go anywhere near where this Xpedition goes.
Little tip for drastically reducing your interior noise. Go buy some 5/8 inch rubber flooring like they use in commercial gyms. Make yourself some templates out of poster board, trace them onto the rubber flooring and cut out some nice thick floor mats. It makes the interior a lot quieter. I did the front and rear and took apart the whole center console and plastic under the seats and put 80 mil rubberized deadener on the back of them. There is no deadening from factory whatsoever. All of that made a huge difference. And cost me about $150.

I own this exact machine. Mine open all the way from the factory. 90 degree. I mean they open all the way. I’m guessing this is something they corrected. Mine is brand new. Manufactured in January. If noticed several things in mine then things I’ve seen in videos. My only complaint so far is my windshield leaks if I drive over about 30 in the rain. More like sprays in on the corners. Passenger is much worse. But it does not leak when I wash it.

I was told by my dealer that 33’s rub. Great to hear they don’t. We have the exact same 2 machines. I’ll be following your builds for ideas.

It appears that most people putting 33" tires on have rubbing issues once the springs set in a bit. I hope you don't have any problems, look forward to further updates.

I just bought a blue adv 5 Northstar how is the cab noise now with the 33s did you notice less exhaust drone? And also did you do a clutch kit? I have read that you shouldn't have to clutch kit if going from 30 to 32 ? Im looking at the bfg also! Great looking toy!
Congrats on the new ADV, there is a little bit less noise with the 33s but honestly I don’t think the cab noises is bad at all and no I did not do the clutch kit and do not plan to. I am super pleased with the machine as I’m sure you will be too. I put those 33s on my stock wheels they work out perfect Thanks for your comments. Enjoy your ride.

Go get the free clutch upgrade done by your dealer. Polaris offers it for free. Not a recall but available to anyone who bought one of these. It really cuts noise. And drives way better.
I just built up my Northstar ADV5. Added over $10k of accessories. The only thing left is bigger tires. Do you still have enough clearance in the wheel well for full suspension travel? How low can you air down these? I drive on rocky Nevada desert roads. Did you use original rims that came with Xpedition? Did you notice RPM/noise reduction at 10-20 MPH?
It don’t take long to spend the money LOL! Yes I have plenty of room for full suspension travel I can air down to 8# I’ve been running @ 13 PSI on the stock Xpedition rims Just out of curiosity what part of Nevada? I used to live in Reno
@@JLW60 Great! thank you for the info. I'm in Vegas. I just tinted all the windows with 15% visibility ceramic coating all around and 50% on the windshield. Looks great!. We have the Rust color 2 door Northstar. After having the AC and door locks fixed we are quite happy! Have to turn the chiller down! Anyway all things are going up in price. I do love the comparison to other off road type vehicles. They are not the same unless heavily modified. So buy something else if you want. For me I love it and it is what I wanted so there we go!!

Lol super quick acceleration. I had to do that to make it fit inside the toy holler since then I bought a bigger toy holler bigger garage so I don’t have to do that no more.

I’ve heard of guys doing that. I also saw yesterday a kit for making them narrower by using a strap to pull the suspension in but it also makes them taller.

$43,900 out the door in Florida. 2 weeks ago. Exact model you are looking at. Even same color. Dealer had 7 of them they couldn’t sell so I got a real. I had to redo the factory clutching as it is just so loud in the cab you can’t talk to the person next to you and the drowning noise at normal cruising speeds was just terrible, windshield leaked bad when it was new due to idiots putting it together, but simple fix, after a $550 fix on the clutching I absolutely love this thing. I have owned 17 new side-by-side since 2015 and this is by far my favorite one. I drive it like car. Everywhere I go. I do really love all of my Yamaha side-by-side as their build quality is astronomically better than Polaris. But they don’t offer anything like this.
