Your videos are always so calming and your meals look so delicious! That homemade rhubarb jam looks really good and sounds even better on a yogurt bowl. I've never tried jam on yogurt before but need to asap. Always enjoy your content and can't wait to see more from you, also excited for your ebook. Congrats! :)

you seem like a very sweet girl, but deer you won’t have enough on for example low fat yogurt as in the first breakfast you showed. Your other videos made it clear to me that your struggling with an ed and, like you mentioned before, u are on a weight gain journey. In order to give your body all the nutrients and energy it needs, you gotta provide it of more food (so for example, your body could use full fat dairy a lot more - coming from a nutrition student ;) ) Don’t let the voice in your head win it from you. Sending you lots of love ❤

You know you’re not healthy in your current state, so why put that in the title? It’s great to be trying your best, but such lies are harmful
why do you think she is not healthy? Do you saw her hospital exams? Does she told you? Just because someone is skinny does not mean she is dying or unhealthy. That's a really bad comment to make for someone. I have been extremely underweight my whole life and all my organs and my blood exams are just perfect and even better than all my "normal weight" friends. Your weight doesn't define anything

For books to recommend I would say the Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath is very worthwhile to read, but for something more light The Library by Bella Osbourne I liked alot, and the Cove by Alice Clark - PLats. thanks for all the neat inspo here, not sure if my country Scotland has wheat puffs? maybe we called them bitesize wheats, are they 100% wheat ? but i should maybe like to try chia seeds too

If you have a past of food restriction it’s so easy to justify all behaviors around controlling weight. The best thing you could do for yourself is to have a support team: a therapist and a dietitian. If you try to do it on your own you’re still in complete control of everything- only gaining weight on your terms. If you want freedom from restriction, that’s something worth challenging. I hope you get the help and clarity you need to take care of yourself.

You need to see a dietitian. This is what most people eat to _lose_ weight.
This was only, clips from my week, and not the full picture. You have no idea of what I ate overall(: and I promise you that I am eating way more:D Also people have very different needs, and what I eat to gain weight might not be enough for someone else(; Please keep that in mind<33
@@MathildeMaggie By your own admission you said you are struggling to gain weight. I am telling you the reason for that is you are simply not eating enough. Seeing a dietitian will help you to improve your diet and meet your goals. Of course, that won't work if you continue to be this defensive.
@@B_27 I’m not being defensive… I’m just wondering how you can tell from this video alone that I don’t eat enough to gain, when I quite literally have said in the video that I have(: But I am seeing a dietitian actually(: the thing that kinda makes me sad, is that you just comment on my intake without the full knowledge of what’s going on behind the camera. @@MathildeMaggieit’s reassuring to hear that you’re doing better! But to me it seems like the ed is still controlling you. Maybe judging from of a screen is not righteous, but now that I’m being far in my recovery journey I can recognize a part of my old ed behavior in you: not classifying myself as sick anymore and doing better, but still being controlled. This was maybe the hardest phase of recovery for me because you’re doin better but not completely breaking free. I can tell, as a nutrition student specialized in ed’s and with experience, that you’re not completely free from your anorexia. And I know that your ed likes telling you that you are not valid (if your weight restored, broke free of certain rules etc), but you are! And you deserve help. Please take it serious. You seem very sweet and I wish you to be in a good place with food 🩵

You seem very sweet but it is really not enough for recovery, your body can’t heal on such a low amount of nutrients ❤
Please also be aware what kind of message you are sending out into the world. That this is a healthy balanced amound of food (which it isnt) Especially for a younger audience by a younger creator, this can have a negative impact. Its great youre wanting to film and share your life, but sit down with yourself and be honest about what kind of role model you want to be and if you perhaps first need to heal your relationship with yourself and food first. Lots of love
How come u use very little oats, not really an adequate amount in recovery. Very tiny portion :( No hate x

Everything you ate this day looked so delicious! I've been needing to change up my meals a bit since I eat the same thing quite often. This motivates me to cook more new meals as well! Defiantly want to try that sweet potato brownie recipe. I've never tried that combination before but I need too! Very lovely video! :)

i think so.. not sure tho, would keep an eye on them, and make sure to turn them around a few fimes to make sure they get crispy(: but would def invest in an air fryer if you are considering. one of the best inventions EVER! and it uses so much less energy than an oven:D let me know how they turn out if you decide to make them<3
