Processou os pontos mas não ajustou. Não vi também informando os dados da antena do GNSS. Isso pode causar erro nas coordenadas.

what happens when all the vector are red or they don't appear? What should I do?
If you can't see the vectors, it means you have no overlapping occuoations between reference station and your surveying points. Remember if you want to post process, you need a reference station occupation logging at least for the same time as your rover stations.
