Beautiful launch

Cool. Had one of these about 55 years ago for Christmas. Except mine had a deep growl sound instead of a Curly from the Three Stooges growl. But, it is a very old toy.

A noob question, how come both parashoot landed back to you? Were they controlled?

Nice. I used to build Estes Rockets and when my nephews got older we would build some together. The hard part was finding them after they came back down.

Including the Extreme 12 and the Star Orbiter and the Mercury Redstone. I’m very curious and hopeful that you would be willing to share the onboard camera set up that you use. I would love to try that myself on a couple of my rockets. Also, are you achieving the slow motion effect while recording or later in post? I have been building like crazy including the Estes Saturn Five Skylab and I think I will be launching several of them this weekend. Keep on flying because your videos never get old. 😊

Great apogee, to see that skyline and lake. Wish we had fields close by to launch our home made mean machine. It is always a gamble to launch it up with just 2 soccer fields as a landing area.
