i have a very puzzlingly question based on what you just explain, in a football match which is a typical case of an experiment which has ONLY three possible outcomes meaning the probability of a win or loss and or draw are pretty much the same. we agree on that. have you ever been in a situation with a group of friend whereby you guise for instance agree that the probability of a small team of football like india (which has never participated in any tournament in the past, thus has no skill, no tact etc... ) suddenly face a team like brazil will not in any possible way beat brazil. in other words, all of you agree that brazil has 95 to 98 percent chance of beating India. SIR!!! how can we write or express this kind of probability knowing that there is only three possible outcome ( or sample space stays the same )

please i have a question, so assuming you are working on a real world problem that has the properties of a normal distribution, how'd you know the function to use (i.e f(x) ), would it be given, generated or it wouldn't be needed in such a scenario

Thank you for this video Abefe 1. To clarify, for dependent samples does it mean the samples have to be of equal sizes? Also i think there is a mistake from the screen pop up for alternative hypothesis, it is denoting it as H0 2. You said independent t-test is used when you can't satisfy the normal distribution but then again it is a parametric test(which are used for normal distribution) , can you help me clarify this
