There are lots of Black kids successful in science and other fields, it's just not in the media as much, 2 kids in my neighborhood are going into marine biology and pediatrics. Dance is part of our culture and a lot of Black people are successful at it because it comes natural, just like basketball, track, football etc., but it's not all we do, so let's not downgrade music, dance, and the arts. When Black kids dance ballet or sing opera, they're praised, smh
