Fay is my first name and it was my grandfather's last name here in America. My ears pricked up when I heard Fahey evolved to Fay. Lorna Moloney gives an excellent presentation!

Why is this period in Irish History still being referred to as 'The Famine'?.....There was no Famine, only the denial of food to one third of the population.

Oh my goodness, I cant believe she actually mentioned "Duggan's"...that is the name I am looking for. Yes, they came to Canada in the early 1800's to Dover/Prospect Bay. My Grandmother was baptized in Prospect Bay, NS at Lady of Carmel RC church. She made her way to Halifax, married a Tobin. Her mother was Curran...lots of Irish in my blood! 😊🥰 Sharon.

Here is the prove guys, you need a nice Chinese partnership, we have smart guys ruler of the world doing their best to keep us apart. .. well then, the alternative is building up new bridges to unite us instead, new diplomatic agreements and new partnerships. The Chinese glass bridge might become a new touristic atraction friends, under the bridge l suggest you some new artificial islands giving fish shelter and new fish nurseries, pull out the maps so we could check the best locations . ..if we have tough challenges to deal with, well, let's deal with them and find solution because web technologies unite us now like a nice global family. Tell me please how much wind do you have there on coasts? So much you could make whole Europe look like Las Vegas next, we could neutralize pollution and please him Putin to keep all his Russian gas for himself, think about it friends. In the meanwhile, during Summer holidays let them gifted artists work for you guys & put them work on creative projects such as Comics entertainment, who said that Artificial intelligence is a bad thing? Do not let only organized crime take advantage on such huge assets, if not only Superman & other Avengers warriors of salvation, then we date your future supporters from 190 countries world wide and paaaarty like true Olympic champions...we have the duty to give human life a Holy Blessing meaning, simply like this friends, go for it, l am the biggest supporter of yours guys, God Bless awesome people of Ireland & BRITS as well

My Surname is Hayes and my great grandfather's (both Paternal & Maternal) were born and raised in Cork Ireland (I have their death certificates) and I want to know how the name Hayes came to be? And why so many people from Cork emigrated to Wales in the 1920s (I know many other people who's great grandfather's came here to Wales from Cork, Circa 1920) was there a good rush or something? Lol

The dolphin either beached herself because of sound pollution or illness-she was intending to end her life. It's extremely sad, but it happens. However, sound pollution can be prevented, and we should make an effort to do so to protect these magnificent creatures.

In unknowingness we are transmuting traumas and ancestral karma in their DNA and ours. When keeping that focus while researching we can do even more Nd faster. THank you for your uploads Tim I just found them and going through them hole researching Connors, Driscoll and a wild card Wellenough who ended up in fishing villages in Nova Scotia. I am also researching the Egyptian origens.

So many negative and ill-informed comments... (Very Few of us are Dolphin experts...) People saw an animal in dire trouble and did their level best to help. (Perhaps the poor thing was beyond help? We can't know...) At least those people tried. (The reason dolphins and other cetaceans 'beach' themselves is little understood even by experts. It CAN BE by accident, but even mass beachings are not uncommon. We simply don't know why this happens...) The persons here who tried to aid the distressed animal did all they could. "Fair play to them..." (As you'd say if you were from Cork...) xx SF

The dolphin was probably already sick or dying. It might ground itself due to exhaustion so it could breathe without having to continue swimming.
