For now, you can't do a screen share with FB, but I have a feeling they will be making some impressive updates this year.

This shouldn’t change for you. The Suite is a fb app, so as long as you are doing it directly from the suite with no other apps, I don’t foresee you have an issue.

Hi, Karen! I’m sorry I don’t have much experience using the Business Suite for scheduling in my group as I do it directly from inside my fb group.

I have updated this. I have deleted the app from my mac and reinstalled it. It is checked to "on" in my account but will not come up in my zoom meeting. Any solutions as to why it would not show as an option in zoom meeting even though it is turned on under my account settings?

I’m really looking forward to more of FB’s groups tools as they release. I’ve heard some things, but it’s all rumors for now. ;)

Great question! There should still be an option to use the stream key and url. You can use their support to find where to insert those things. You will likely need to schedule the live inside fb using the “schedule” tab instead of “go live” now (on the live setup page.) that way you should be able to use that stream key and url for a future video. BUT… I don’t see how you can do it for multiple videos. So like using Streamyard or OneStream for scheduling multiple videos in a cache. Also, I believe the stream key is only good for about four hours as it stands right now. So scheduling videos outside of this time frame may not work. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Companies ARE aware and should be working on their own fixes for the new update. If they aren’t, consider finding a different tool. It’s totally worth reaching out to them to see what they have planned to help the issue

Biggest benefit I see is to have people inside the zoom with you. Also, Zoom does allow for transcriptions and other AI tools that are handy for many creators.

Also, if you use Zoom for group coaching calls and also have a student community on fb, streaming straight into fb saves an additional download from Zoom and upload into the Facebook group. Those are the first two things that pop up for me. How do you use Zoom?

In facebook you can only show your face or screen share... not both. I use zoom so I have both options.

I have a Facebook community and each month the most engaged person has the opportunity to win a free coaching call or discount on my signature program. After ladies win a few months in a row I keep my eye on them as someone that intentional about plugging into the mission and community. I then brought on a few of those intentional mommas for specific roles on the team in exchange for coaching. 🥰 I hope that helps give some insight. I know Theresa has also brought on some team members and could be a great resource for this as well. :)

@@SashaStarRobertson yeah, so for me, I created an apprenticeship program, using an application and interview process. The four ladies selected signed a contract stating they were basically trading their time to work with me in exchange for my Magnetic Sisterhood Program at the end of their contract.

Haha!!! Yes! It takes a little planning. I take these for myself, but never had a name for them. Sasha rented out a VRBO this time I believe.
