Hi everyone, it’s Karina and for today’s video I decided to make a tutorial on how to fall into a backbend. I’m sorry for not uploading for a while, it’s all because I’ve school and I’ve mock exams coming up soon and I have no ideas on what to post. I have a cheerleading competition on Saturday so I’ll make a video on that and I’ll make a video of a haul of clothing brands I got in my cheerleading someday.
