Let's Get Regulated WEEK ONE Theme: Animals Materials Needed: Cotton ball (or craft pom-pom), tissue (or piece of toilet paper), and a plastic straw

Grab a chair and join Miss Kaylie the OT, because today we will be stretching and exercising in a chair!

Join Miss Kaylie, an Occupational Therapist, and her daughter for a fun Sensory-Motor group. We will start out with some stretches and Simon Says, do oral-motor work, and read "There's a Monster in Your Book" with movement/actions.

Join Miss Kaylie and her daughter for another fun and regulating sensory motor group. Today we will be stretching and reading one of our favorite books "It's Not Easy Being a Bunny".

Miss Kaylie OT and her daughter Ansley demonstrate a few exercises you can do at home with your therapy/yoga ball.

Join Miss Kaylie and her daughter Ansley for another Sensory-Motor Group. These groups to promote movement and regulation! Today we will do a quick freeze dance game followed by an interactive reading of "We're Going on a Bear Hunt".

Join Miss Kaylie the OT (and her daughter) for some regulating gross and oral motor work. We will be warming up with some stretches, practice animal noises and crawls while reading Brown Bear Brown Bear, and work on our deep breathing throughout our group.
