Great....and how much ? Can everyone afford this ? You say what ....$250,000 wonderful. Let's start lining up the people who can't afford homes and get a family in here asap. I'll understand if No ne here responds....it simply means that the class separation of haves and have nots is alive and well from centuries ago. Nothing changes. Choke on it. And wait for that moment when your Lord's sheriff's can't protect you and enough people are fed up and storm your gates and take what belongs to you. Even though it belonged to you only on paper and the true ownership was off other people's backs.

Yeah, you would need about 2000-3000$ a month just to pay for the property tax, heating, electricity, and part of the regular maintenance. Occasionally you'd need to do some fixing, checkups... so, that would be 3000$ a month and above. However, considering what is being sold in the Lower Mainland, this is actually a good deal. In White Rock, there are houses like this one (this one is actually better In my opinion) for at least 3x more money.
