You really tickled yourself with that I am
Apparently 😜
It’s the powerhouse of the cell
I love this perspective. As an engineer, my brain really likes this word for mitochondria!
I just love your what I do and why I do series❤❤❤
Every Friday for the this year I’ll be dropping a video on Why I Do What I Do. Thanks for following along ❤
All latest research says to consume lots of salt. But not the umbrella girl salt. I'm talking about real salt. I consume lots of salt daily. If you don't consume salt your body starts digging it out of your bones. NOT GOOD.
I love using Himalayan sea salt in my water. When I’m in a pinch and I know I need an electrolyte boost, I use Hawaiian Sea Salt. The other good one is Celtic Sea Salt. Iodized salt is the one that doesn’t have the electrolyte benefits like the 3 mentioned above.
@Body.Whisper.Healing Before I left the states I used Real Redmond. Now I understand it's not a good salt. I use Lunn salt here in Thailand. I researched and decided to use it rather than Himalayan. Thanks for replying.
@@billyjackwashburn6970I’ve never heard of Lunn. And I haven’t heard that Redmond’s isn’t good. Looks like I need to do some research. Thanks for the tips.
@Body.Whisper.Healing Paul Saladino gas a short clip on how some salts are contaminated. Redmond was low, but still it's contaminated. I can't remember with what. Not lead I don't think. Lunn salt is a Pakistan salt. Likely not sold in America.
i agree about unprocessed, i became a carnivore and in 8 months lost 65 lbs with no exercise
Congratulations on the weight loss. I, personally, don’t believe I’d do well on a carnivore diet due to the amount of protein I need for powerlifting.
Great insights. Thanks.

Hey girls! curious if normotim is good for memory boost and fighting ADHD fog 🤔✨ anyone got some tips or feedback?
I’ve never heard of normotim, so I don’t know about this particular way of healing. For memory boosts and clearing ADHD related brain fog, there are several things to assess and several movements to try to stimulate that part of the brain. If you’re interested in diving deeper, head over to bodywhisperhealing.com and schedule an Initial Body Scan.
