I went to America once and It was hard to find food that wasn’t processed and just didn’t taste anything like what we have over here in Europe. Instead of gaining weight there i actually lost weight from being put off at the shit in your food haha. Every other country u can taste the difference, it’s a lot fresher and just tastes healthier. It’s not to say it tastes better, a lot of people prefer the taste of American versions of European food, just wasn’t to my liking. No disrespect. Obviously there is some amazing food in America, I want to try the famous American BBQ, that looks sooo gooooooood. I was only there for a week also, so my opinion probably isn’t a great one, although that was just my experience.
I’m American. Our food is pretty fucked ngl. Might taste good initially but after you’re done eating you just want to go to sleep, depending on what you eat it will make you feel like trash. Also if we’re talking in comparison I to European food, I’ve never been out of the country so I can’t say much as far as that goes. I can say eating fresh home grown food vs store bought there is 100% a difference, eating a good home grown anything just tastes better and doesn’t leave you feeling tired. The big difference is gonna be in the farm raised and grown vs the factory and massive corporation grown stuff. It’s all about profit not quality or nutrients when it comes to the corporate food industry. If you can, when in America always try to get farm raised stuff. Way better.
