I understand why they made Armin commander but I still feel like it really should’ve been Jean. He was 2nd smartest and 2nd best strategist out of their group. He’s able to think quickly and take decisive action and he was a much better leader than Armin. The show even hinted at him being next in line as commander multiple times. Armin wasn’t a terrible choice though.

Hopefully there are flashback of the past with sasha
