Three hours...? Please, you're better off just steaming your potatoes if you want to be extra about it. Steam potatoes. put them through a potato ricer, for extra fine potatoes, pass them through a fine mesh sieve. Then add your spices, milk, cream cheese and combine. Done.

I love it. I know in the oven is good but i am super busy and my crock pot is my bestie when is comes to getting meals done. Great idea look forward to trying it.

You should Never whip potato's with a mixer like that. You made paste honey by beating uo those potatoes too much it realeased too much starch n you made glue.

Nice combination of foods. Too much liquid though- needs to go on a grate or broiler pan; sear at 425 then lower temp immediately to finish.

Nothing legendary about this because it's actually corn pudding but feel free to add your own twist to it and make it your own.

you gotta sear them first or at least put them in a hot oven (get some color on them) before you put them in the sauce so they hold their shape.
