Here's a short video of a '69/'70 Mustang plastic seat back getting vapor blasted to remove 50 years of oxidation. Late to the party but lots of under hood mods. Fusible link, Accell wires, carb, air cleaner (as mentioned) and flex fan not OEM parts. I like the "electricutioners switch" on battery

Heat up the blasting solution, it'll cut your time down and clean much better. A Sonic cleaner uses heat, machine shops hot tank to clean.
Vapour blasting with no vapour, ie not in the gas phase. 😂 more like abrasive water jet blasting.
really appreciate this video. Helps me diagnose my annoying rattling problem when cruising which i traced to an aluminum heat shield tapping on inspection cover.
