This could be absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, it looks filthy and dusty, mouldy and like it has a musty smell. IMO, as an estate agent, wouldn’t it be better if you were to encourage the sellers to clean it up? A good clean and a lick of white emulsion would certainly make this look more appealing?

That "Flintstones" fireplace has to go and be replaced with something fine and period correct.

I really dislike these curbside houses. No front garden, awkward out dated layout. The best thing you can do with it is demolish it and build something more suited to living in the 21st century

Spoilt by those dreadful 21 century pvc windows ,why put those on a period cottage ???

Why do that to an old Cornish cottage ? If you want a modern home ,you should buy one ,not rip the guts out of an old cottage !

Lovely ,slightly over modernised ,bimut the front CV v windows are inkeeping with the character ,love that Cornish fireplace .l would be happy living thier
