Passport is mainly important as an Identification document during application. I don't think it has any problem if your first names are the same as the rest of the credentials.

As for the University of Debrecen, you can find them on their website, edu.unideb.hu/p/exam-topics-and-sample-tests

You can choose Turkey, but before you do you should check if Turkey is legible for the scholarship, under the Stipendium Hungaricum Website.

On the website you'll find out if Turkey is one of the countries.
