Parle-G Biscuit Cake | Easy No-Oven cake recipe | How to Make Parle-G Biscuit Cake | Simple Cake |
Parle-G Biscuit Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
• Parle-G biscuits - 2 packets
• Milk - 1 cup
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons (optional, depending on your taste)
• Eno fruit salt or baking powder - 1 teaspoon
• Butter or ghee - 1 tablespoon (for greasing the cake tin)
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Grinding the Biscuits:
• Break the Parle-G biscuits into small pieces and grind them into a fine powder using a blender. Make sure the powder is smooth and free of lumps.
2. Preparing the Batter:
• In the same blender, add the milk and sugar to the biscuit powder. Blend until you get a smooth batter. The consistency should be like regular cake batter, not too thick or too runny.
3. Adding Eno or Baking Powder:
• Once the batter is smooth, add Eno fruit salt or baking powder and mix gently. This will help the cake to rise and become fluffy.
4. Greasing the Cake Tin:
• Grease a cake tin with butter or ghee. Pour the prepared batter into the tin and tap it lightly to remove any air bubbles.
5. Baking the Cake:
• You can bake the cake in a pressure cooker or an oven.
• In a Pressure Cooker: Remove the whistle and gasket, then preheat the cooker for 5 minutes on medium flame. Place the cake tin inside the cooker, cover it with the lid, and bake on low flame for 30-40 minutes.
• In an Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Final Steps:
• Once the cake is baked, let it cool down completely. After cooling, cut it into slices and serve.
Tips:
• Be careful not to overbake the cake, as it can become dry. Check the cake in intervals to ensure it’s baking correctly.
• Adjust the sugar according to your taste. If you prefer a sweeter cake, you can add a little more sugar.
