Well, if you, Apple users, were frustrated...imagine Android users. We have an OS that theoretically should be fully integrated with our Android phones, and it turns out that, in an absolute surprise, we see that Google activates compatibility with the Apple application before the Android one. I'm telling you...if the other option wasn't Apple, I would send Google to fry monkeys. It's not that I don't like Android Automotive. It seems fine to me, but I think that as long as it is not perfectly tuned and all the necessary applications exist, they should have prioritized the possibility of using a functionality like Android Auto, while this is happening. e.g. Not being able to hear the WhatsApp messages that come to me, or the telegrams or whatever, and answer them by voice, maybe it's very good for concentrating on driving, but maybe the only thing you're causing is that in the end you pick up your phone and try to read it while driving. This is what happens.

Does google maps inside apple carplay support battery charge state?

It is not only the car that need to have this VtoG or Vehicle to Home capability but also you loading facility . And specific loading facility is costing at this momrnt apprx €5000,- or more in the Netherlands.

I hope they don't forget to integrate Android Auto as well. People say." Well, since the OS is Android Automotive, it's the same thing..." and yes, and no. With Android Auto you already have your own 4-5G connection that you know 99.9% doesn't fail, plus it doesn't expire in 4 years. You avoid logging issues on Spotify, for example, and you also have your routines, modes, and apps already set up. At least until they run 100% Android Automotive well.

I have experienced this very good European car in China, but the only regret is that the rear space is even smaller than the Volkswagen Golf.

Preconditioning will only start when the is in need of it. If you use google maps in the car via a hotspot connected to the car will analyse and switch on by it self.

How do you start the preconditioning in a EX30?

How much range does Extended range gives you in a single charge? Also what speed are driving to achieve that range?

Got my EX30 last week, happy to learn that it comes with many warranties, including battery (>70% in 8 yrs / 160,000km) and a 12 year rust warranty.

I have the twin , my radio doesn't connect 50% of the time, and seems some settings dont stay set eg radar cruise distance, Spotify also requires log in via QR code, once a week.. overall great car except these minor issues.

I was initially told that I could get one within 3 months from ordering, however I’ve had Volvo Bedfordview and Volvo Midrand both call me and send me a manifest of cars available immediately. So it seems there are a number of buyers who’ve changed their minds and sales are lagging. I want a single extended range - without sunroof (what use is the sunroof without a shade in Africa?), however most of the vehicles on the manifest are dual engine ultras , with sunroof 😂

thanks, but that seems to be a long-winded "don't know". I theory technically yes, maybe, but as of now - no - correct? I can't find any confirmation either way. Its not a deal-breaker, but would be great to know if buying the correct wall-box allowed this as a future option.

The ex30s are already here in South Africa they arrived on a ship on the 24 of December I was tracking the ship from china they are just waiting on Volvo Sa to unwrap them not sure if the dates have been given by Volvo overseas or if they are waiting on promotional items but I have been told official release date is right at the beginning of feb I have one on order really good car. But again they are here parked waiting

Ski hatch is the must-have feature if I consider the new car, - my Norwegian friend said, when she saw Volvo EX30.

No driver's screen is a deal breaker for me - and your "solution" ruins the look of the interior. It's a pity - otherwise I'd be very interested in the EX30.

Supporting Musk is not in my interest. The EX30 is much more attractive, too.

I wanted to buy a EX30 Two things put off, the terrible colours, and made in China, so now have a Cupra made in europe with a nice colour.

Volvo R I P Volvo today is not than Chinese junk , i have a 2022 electric Volvo with lot of problem , all the parts MADE IN CHINA , i change the battery under warranty and now the electric motor is very noisy BACK ORDER FROM CHINA , rusted underneath and water inside leak like a pool , DONT BUY VOLVO ,, you can pay half price for a similar Chinese car Reply
